Beautiful garden and delicious breakfasts with a personal touch

Our hosts were most accommodating. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was a treat with homemade jams. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay out in the country.

Andre and Jean where excellent hosts, we elected to have dinner with them and their other guests. This turned out to be an exceptional experience. Our French skills are minimal but our hosts went out of their way to make us feel welcome and part of the dialogue. The food prepared by Andre was excellent and we had boisterous conversation with Andre, Jean and a lovely Italian couple. Their home is beautiful and very comfortable. It is located in a very rural and peaceful setting. Though we were not on bikes it appears as though this is a great way to explore this area.

Fantastic hostes, very friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed our 2 nights, location was superb, quiet and inviting. Good selection of restaurants and sights nearby.

Wasn't sure what to expect, having stayed here a few years ago under the previous owners. La Maganerie has lost none of its charm, though. Attracitve rooms, sociable hosts and a warm & friendly atmosphere at dinner with other guests.
